Analyst

Analysts are responsible for identifying, collecting and analyzing data. They carry out essential research, conduct complex quantitative analyses and work directly with client teams on-site. Our analyst program is designed for talented, highly motivated university graduates who plan to go on to graduate schools within 2-3 years.

Consultant

Masters degree graduates join as Consultants. They are initially responsible for research, analysis and development of findings. As a Consultant gains experience, he or she will manage other project team members and assume responsibility for specific workstreams within larger projects. Advancement to Principal is fairly rapid for top performers.

In addition to a Masters degree, Consultant candidates normally have 2-5 years of work experience in management consulting or sales management.

Principal

Principals are responsible for managing client projects. They manage project teams, diagnose business issues, structure project work, develop recommendations, present findings and design and implement solutions.
